Wii U install issue

I'm on a Wii U with Aroma and whenever I try to install a game BACKUP through WUP Installer (or the other program) it never works. Whenever I try with (the other program) it says the files are corrupted, and I tried with multiple games. When I use WUP the installation proceeds until at some point (random) the Wii U makes a strange noise and the progress bar stops, I tried with different games but none work
