also, running this as admin breaks it

yeah, this normally happens when there's an issue with your internet connection. try doing it over a data hotspot
i did try the patcher and then i did ask chatgpt and to the last thing i already did that

i have the true fix! you must try this one time and you should get the error then you exit and start the patcher again you wanna do the same as last time but now at the device selection you go '3' and type the Drive letter (e.g D) in the terminal then it schould say that the drive ist already selected then you type 'EXIT' and then select '1' if it asks you 'do you wanna save the 'WAD' Folder?' you type '2 = save' and then it should work!
the fact you have to say that makes it somehow less trustworthy
