(RESOLVED) Unable to use Everybody Votes Channel and fails to update system

heya, when i try to connect to everybody votes channel i can't get pass the select region part and when i try to select the region this (image) happens and when i try to do a console update for the internet it doesn't work, can someone help me please? all help is appreciated

Section for error 10xyzz: WC24 internal processing error. (x=task type, y=error module).
Group for error 1091xx: Error during check.
Error for error 109144: WC24 account not registered.
