If you have a usb drive, just go to http://rufus.ie and doenload this program. Plug in your usb and select the iso you have downloaded. Select the drive letter from your usb drive and click on start (or flash i dont know what the english version says). Let the program finish. Restart your pc and boot from the usb drive and there you can use linux for bluebomb

I don't have a wiispeak so I can't really test anything. But my first thought is to get it usign NUS Downloader, then patch it with wiimmfi and try using it

i usually use usb loader gx to patch nand titles with wiimmfi on the fly. but there is a script that can patch a .wad file. then you can install the wad file and it'll just always be patched
