After following the tutorial, for the most part without any issues, I reached the optional section that asks you to accept the EULA for WiiConnect24 in Wii Settings. When my console asks for an update, I attempt to do so, but I get error 32017. I tried to look up the error code in this server, and I saw that the error is related to not being able to connect to Nintendo's servers. I also saw someone ask for a system check, so I decided to do one, but I have no idea what it means, so I'll share the file in the thread if anyone is curious.
One thing to keep in mind is that I am on a Japanese Wii U, region changed to US. The vWii is also still in Japanese. Because of this, I didn't install WiiLink SPD. This was the only part of the tutorial so far that has confused me. (Also, slightly off-topic, but it would be nice to region change the vWii, too, but I don't know how to do that!) I also have a capture card and am able to stream my Wii U if needs be. Please help me figure out what I'm doing wrong. Thanks!
