Here's information about your error:

Class for error 2xxxx: NAS/NASWII (login server) error codes.
Error for error 20100: Can't connect to the internet.
Note for error 20100: Occasionally, the LAN adapter no longer works correctly until restart.
Solution for error 20100: Restart your Wii and/or Check IP, Netmask, DNS, Gateway and Router.

I didn't try to reset my router for a few problems, and I'm trying to use Tethering rn

It doesn't work on ctgp but on normal MKWii yes... Can anybody find me some solutions?
