Since before wii mail was even down my patcher has constantly been sending me error -101305, the reason when i've looked into this has been to remove my wii number since when i first modded my wii i patched the mail the day i did and when i noticed it wasnt working i decided to repatch it but ever since its been giving me that stupid error. I've pretty much given up on trying to get it resolved until i noticed the message in #service-announcements and now i think i might be able to get this finally resolved or at least close to it.

the patcher now gives me -110211 but the problem is that i deleted the nwc24msg.cfg file so now i need my wii number removed without any doubt
cause thats what i deleted while trying to repatch it the other day

He couldnt find my wii number in the db, and i was getting duplicate registration as well
Maybe ping him here with your wii number and ask him to remove your number?

After doing this I removed Redneck from address book, added him again and waiting to see if I get a message. Will keep you posted. Further than before that the patching succeeded this time. Thanks
