#Error code 52200 (DS WFC)

I'm trying to connect to the WFC on my DS using the DNS server on my computer, but while it is connecting, the wifi status drops to red and then I'm getting an error code 52200. Any fix to this?

Extra info: Both the DS and the computer are connected to the same network, which is my mobile hotspot. Open security
