I just installed RC24's mail Patcher on my wii that's NTSC-U but region changed to Japan, however whenever I type a letter, reply or memo in Japanese, the whole wii freezes and I have to turn it off and on again. I tried deleting the msg board data with cdbackup, but it error. I also used clear tool to remove anything to do with mail and sysconfig file, and it still freezes
