Riitag doesn't work

I setted up rii tag, booted up wii ches on USB Loader GX, nothing happens...

Go through all of the set up instructions for RiiTag again in the Wii Guide, and if it still doesn't work, make sure you're connected to the internet. And if it still doesn't work after that, DM L R S N until he answers

OK, so I found something on the Wii.guide called Riitag RPC or something like that, is that something that's necessary for instalation on a wii with USB Loader or something?
