Mii plaza submission won’t work check mii out

I’m trying to register a mii to the check mii out channel plaza which is public to everybody (my Wii is JFK) I get this message though. How do I fix this? The rest of the channel works until I do this.

Yes, on the sd card one of the files is the check mii out. There are the 5 others too

Delete the channel from Wii settings, and re-install the WAD

So tmr ima do the delete wad file and re install but when I go to contests this happens

But the error still occurs?

yeah but you can still reinstall software you already had and install the wii u transfer tool and like two other pieces of data related tools

so it should atleast be able to do that
