I have used the RiiConnect24 Patcher at least 4 times and changed the DNS addresses to the new ones and it still gives me 109139 on every channel that needs WiiConnect24, then in the WiiConnect24 settings menu, the license agreements menu did not pop up, instead giving "WiiConnect24 and Wii Shop Services are not currently being offered" message, can someone help me out?

Class for error 1xxxxx: WC24 error codes.
Section for error 10xyzz: WC24 internal processing error. (x=task type, y=error module).
Group for error 1091xx: Error during check.
Error for error 109139: WC24 settings disabled.

I don't think News Channel is supported in Singapore (on RiiConnect24 site there is no news source for Singapore, also in #script-log I never see Singapore)

Idk about the Forecast Channel
