When I started today, News and Forecast channels worked mostly fine but sometimes had trouble loading. EVC gave 291003.
I re-set up my DNS, it was set default and is now set properly for RC24. Then Forecast and News worked properly. EVC still didn't work.
Next, I ran a syscheck *and made no other changes*
Now, I get FORE000006, News hasn't updated since before I ran the syscheck, and EVC still doesn't work.
Any idea where I go from here?

I've never seen that error before, so I dont really know how to help. I checked the wiimmfi error thing and it says it's unknown.
However, your cIOS is outdated. Visit https://wii.guide/cios.html to update it
also I think you might have missing cIOS
I only see one "d2x v10" update it to d2x v11 and download the other cios
I also saw that IOS 80 is unpatched

it should work, just select the right slots,base, version and d2x v11 and it should work (if d2x v11 isnt there, reinstall it)
