made it into a .iso file and all . was just trying to load the rom for pokemon battle revo ( 4.37 gb ) onto my 16 gb usb drive ( as well as my 32 gb sd ) and yet is says that there's not enough space / ' too large for destination system ' ?? all i wanted to do was just play some dang wii games .

Your USB and SD card will be formatted as FAT32, but FAT32 has a maximum file size of 4GB.
ISOs are always the full size of a Wii disc (4.37 GB), so won't fit onto a FAT32 filesystem. WBFS files are only the size of the actual game data in the disc (sometimes as small as ~200MB), so just use those instead.
