Hi! I have set up the correct dns, I have got the patcher but when I try to enter the wiiconnect24 tab in setting, it tells me that I have not read the user agreements for wiiconnect 24 and when I click continue it just tells me that wiiconnect24 is not available anymore and it does not give me anything for riiconnect24 like it's supposed to

i changed my country to the uk but it still tells me that i need to review wii network services
