i want do mod games but i don't know how to do it

Hi, so i want to mod (cheat) some games i already finished, for example in NEW smb i would like to have lots of powerups, or in a WiiWare gamed unlock everything, is there a way to do it?? help me pls

By using a game loader like Gx

go the game in question setting's before launching it and download the cheat code from the ocarina button

and make sure ocarina is turned on
