I just finished with the GX Loader step and now have to download games to actually play, where is the best safe location to download the wii games and what folder do I put them in on my usb? I currently have a folder named wbsf that it mentioned to store them in

Wii game labeling (Written Guide)
Create a new folder called wbfs
Inside that all your games will be in their own individual folders
Each folder will have to have the games unique title ID in []
To find the right title ID for your game go on gameTDB and find your game and make sure it is the correct region.
For your wii games they must be in wbfs format and you have to rename it to the games title ID all in caps.
After that you are set.
Make sure after you name the game you have a space between the game and []
