#After Changing Internet Equipment, Wii Won't Connect to Internet

The way I’m currently doing mine is by going through a windows pc hotspot running at 2.4 ghz, but you do have to turn on the hotspot every time you turn on your pc. As a temporary solution until you get help from someone who knows what they are talking about, it works.
Appreciate it, thank you.
The Wii needs a 2.4ghz signal with Network 802.11b enabled. If your isp will not let you change these settings, you have a few options:
You can use a LAN adapter. It must have the ASIX AX88772 Chipset or say “compatible with Wii”. Here’s a recommended LAN adapter by uGreen https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08DRKYKMM/
Alternatively, you can buy a slave router and just use the isp you already have. Here’s a cheap router that should work for the Wii https://www.walmart.com/ip/Netis-WF2412-Wireless-router-4-port-switch-802-11b-g-n-2-4-GHz/37406393
My network is 2.4 GHz but my Wii never connects to the internet in the room so I had to take it to the living room and I do not like that cuz then I cannot make YouTube videos with it
