When I launch the homebrew app on my wii there isn't a "launch priiloader installer" option like the guide says there should be

I'm pretty sure I have all the necessary files on my sd card as well

No that’s wrong. Needs to be apps<priiloader<meta.xml, icon.png,boot.dol,hacks_hash.ini

So they have to be in the folder?
