I did everything on wii.guide but the “AgreementContact” is throwing an error.

It’s telling me that WiiConnect24 is not currently being offered. I don’t know where to start fixing this.

After failing, the WiiConnect24 setting is coming up with this

like when you press the Agreement Contract button on your Internet settings you get the not currently being offered message?
