Black screen after trying to launch Wii Sports from USB Loader GX

As the title says I’m getting a black screen after I launch Wii Sports (USA) on my Wii (EU) using USB Loader GX.
Current changed settings:
Video mode: Force PAL50
Game cIOS: Custom 250
I’m using an RCA to HDMI adapter and using 480i because 480p is greyed out (if this information is important)

You can get 480p by using component cables instead

Tried using Dolphin on PC with the same wbfs file, and works just fine
