RiiConnect24 themes are for every region?

I want to get rc24 theme but i was thinking if it's for every wii menu? (like EU, US, JP etc.)

When you download it you should get an mym file

Then you need thememii to convert it into a csm

But you'll need to have it set to convert to your region

DO NOT install any theme as a csm if it is not for your region as it will brick your wii
