I installed a Wii game forwarder with WiiGSC, but when launched, it gives me this error and returns me to the Wii Menu. Is there a setting in USB Loader GX that I would need to change? Is it possible that I might need to use a different version of USB Loader GX?

It does indeed, yeah. It seems to work both from the Homebrew Channel and from the USB Loader GX forwarder channel

I get that, that definitely sounds….. less than desirable
I downloaded r1272 from here Delete root:/apps/usbloader_gx/
Then try the previous version, r1272

The loader seems to work fine, but the shortcuts I made with WiiGSC still seem to be giving me that error, Im really sorry

I just changed the loader settings. It only seems to work when I launch the app itself though, it won’t seem to take effect from the WiiGSC shortcuts though

Hmmmmm….. it seems to open and launch without mentioning ios58, but right after, it seems to crash
It shows the interface’s white screen for a second, but then closes
I found this though
So perhaps a fix will come in time. I do have another idea though
Oops..... never mind, my "idea" involved an old dol and that just gave me the old problem
