My old wii (i have 3 of them) is modded in all ways possible
But i think cios i a little messed up
Is it okay to download it AGAIN on the same way and let it just overwrite it, or will it brick my wii?

It will just overwrite whatever is in the IOS slot

So generally fine for slots above 200

So following https://wii.guide/cios even if you had previously installed any cIOS will always be fine
