It used to work but now everytime I open a game, any game, it just the Wii Menu. I'm using a SD Card and I tried enabling "Force Load cIOS" but that didn't work.

This may be related but today I was looking at Homebrew Channel and I wanted to try some of the games on there, I downloaded like 4 of them but on the last game I was downloading, I noticed there text was kinda glitching a bit and the download took longer than others and when it finished, I tried going back to check other apps but I got a crash so I forced my wii off.

Is your SD card MBR FAT32?

I haven't checked whether its MBR or GPT but its FAT32

I don't think this is the problem though as it used to work and it still works but now it's only wiiflow

Try deleting the Wiiflow app and reinstalling
