download this or copy it from your tiramisu "setup" folder https://github.com/marco-calautti/SigpatchesModuleWiiU

then paste it or extract it onto this directory...

if you have tiramisu you can just copy it from here and paste it onto the directory i put above (copy 01_sigpatches.rpx)

basically sigpatches is what lets you play stuff with pirated dlc

or games

from other regions
