Delete the cIOS if you want, delete the channels you don't want, use the Priiloader installer to uninstall Priiloader, use the HackMii Installer to uninstall Bootmii and HBC

Wii Mod Lite, select IOSs from the main menu,
Navigate to IOS slots 249, 250, and 251 and delete them.

U may want to do a syscheck to make sure u get all of them
In case u followed some out of date guide previously
Some people accidentally install a fail pack and get cIOS on nearly every IOS slot and that's more difficult to fix

You do
You have to install the stock versions and they'll overwrite the patched ones

ah it's probably not a big deal to leave it. It'll still work like stock
