Follow this guide to dump your Wii games:

Once they're dumped transfer them to your PC and merge any split parts:

Then use WBM or the other recommended software to transfer/convert the ISO to WBFS on your USB hard drive:

Your two best options for game loaders on Wii:

USBLGX doesn't load Wii games from SD. So if you want to do that, use WiiFlow.

Wii Backup Manager only works for Wii games. There are different instructions for GameCube games.
