1. install Cios and cleanrip
2. go to the MarioCue folder and download wfbs files
3. make a folder with the name of the game and the [game code]
4. rename the .wfbs file with the actual code

you dont need cleanrip if youre downloading from online btw its just for ripping the game discs

and japan and korea are self explanatory
