Is it normal for FORE000006 to pop up at the end of every hour? Typically whenever it's 40 after any hour, FORE000006 will pop up when I try to launch the Forecast Channel. Is there any way to stop it, or make it more consistent so the icon stops disappearing when I boot up my Wii from Standby?

It's 000006, not a Discontinued Message or 000005 or any of those.

I deleted the Forecast Channel data and I deleted the SYSCONF. It's 9:49 and the Forecast Channel is complying. Let's keep this open because I'm testing it again at 9:50, 9:55 and 10:00 respectively to see if it will stick.

Icon still disappears but it doesn't give me FORE000006 when I go into the channel to make it update
(Icon still disappears and the banner doesn't show the update until I start the channel, but no more FORE000006 so far.

The banner doesn't update automatically with the channel itself, it takes a bit more of time for that
