basically instead of the riiconnect24 eula its the regular wii one
i did change my dns servers did i do something wrong in the patcher
also the system menu version is 4.3E

run a https://dnsleaktest.com/, before and after changing the dns on your pc

if the results don't differ, your isp most likely blocks custom dns

alright so the option is taking effect
change the dns servers again, and restart dolphin. see if that helps

for your second issue described in #console-tinkering, stop the emulation and delete fst.bin in the wii nand root
