strange rivet
So I know Dolphin now supports RC24 without all that VFF Downloader stuff. But I don't know if I'm doing everything right. Because attempting to open Forecast or News Channel will either say WiiConnect24 standby is off, and when I turn it on, I still get an error saying "Unable to download the latest information Error Code: FORE00005". I tried deleting the .vff files, I turned off VFF Downloader, but I'm still getting errors. My only last guess is that maybe it has something to do with the specific WADs I have for Forecast & News Channels? Unless they just auto added when the host folder containing the WADs was found or if it was a Dolphin update because when I added the Wii Menu WAD, it already came pre installed with Mii, Photo, Wii Shop, Weather and News channel. (Usually it's Disc channel and nothing more) So maybe it's something to do with the Wii Menu wad? The settings says 4.3U and I believe that is the most UTD version and yes I also updated just to be sure (Both the Wii Firmware and Dolphin). So I don't know what's going on. Any help would be appreciated!
