It always says “installation canceled” was I like suppose to press something or what I’m dumb I am so sorry (how do I fix this though) I’ve been trying to mod my Wii for awhile now

Im not sure of the history before I bought it, I purchased it on FaceBook and yes I attempted to mod it last year but gave up
