Everytime I go to install Adobe air to use my avatar editor it says an error occured while installing it, it says it may not be allowed by my administrator even though I own the device

Everytime I go to install Adobe air to use my avatar editor it says an error occured while installing it, it says it may not be allowed by my administrator even though I own the device
And yes I've set the clock back and even tried restarting the device and still nothing has fixed my problem
