I found some YouTube videos that showed the EULA exploit one with two DNS servers with different IP addresses & another using the same IP address for both. Regardless of which DNS servers I entered I got the EULA from Nintendo instead of the pony with the blue background.

This is the message I get when I was expecting the pony.

After reseating the SD card the internet channel method looks like it is going to work.

It said I can install boot2 so I did, but I'm not sure where the options button is. If it is in the homebrew channel I'm not finding it.

I was just rereading the directions the step before & I just realized I only installed BootMii as boot2

#

is that why I wasn't seeing the gear icon?

#

since I have rebooted the Wii since installing the homebrew channel & BootMii as boot2 should I use the internet channel again to get the IOS version of BootMii installed?

#

Reading further I assume it is safe as it mentions if you don't have an SD card you can install BootMii at a later date.

#

Yep, I found it after I went back & also installed the IOS version as well.

My router is an SBC running pfSense so I might have configured it to block the change of DNS servers being used.
