Can't play Mario Kart online on USB loader.

I can't get my Mario Kart online to work.
I have it on USB loader but wiimmfi isn't working.
I have tried changing the private server connection settings.
I'm wondering whether I've put the wrong DNS code in.
The error code is: 23904

and you do not need a dns server set if you are using a usb loader
