I reformatted my SD Card because it wasn't showing the correct size, now my Wii cannot find it at all. I made sure to format it as FAT32 and i recopied over all my folders onto it, but it still can't see it. When I open the SD menu, it says "The device inserted in the SD Card slot cannot be used", and Homebrew channel cannot detect my apps on it. My PC can see the card just fine.

Did you check the partiton table type?
I made mine GPT
is that correct?
the tool im using only allows GPT and MS-DOS table types
Might've gotten broken
I think you need it to be MBR
Happened to mine while running gecko codes off my SD and a game off disk in USBLoaderGX
Needs to be mbr
Or "ms DOS" for the program ur using
Hey IDK if there are any moderators I can talk to Right now but I need some help
So I have this shitty sdxc card is there any way I can convert it to the og FAT32 format
And I have tried using the flashhax exploit but the url refused to load
i will give it one more go before i do something drastic
cuz i got homebrew running flawlessly on my 3ds
Just format it to fat32 with a system tool?
If it’s too small to do that, then try doing that with the official sd card formatter tool or something third party
Oh wait
512 GB?!
Then it’s MORE than enough for the wii
I read that as 512mb
Yeah you need to format it with an external tool
Since Windows won’t format anything bigger than 32gb to fat32 (assuming you’re using windows)
flashhax sucks
use str2hax
