try putting the games folder in lowercase

#

it's not Games

#

but games

#

if it doesn't work, move usb loader gx into the sd and see

All apps should be on the SD

#

And only games should be stored on the USB drive

#

Also flash drives are not recommended as they often cause issues.

A USB hard drive is best for loading games.

An SD is next best. Though an SD is best for loading apps. So you can use both.

If you can't get the flash drive to work:

Any usb hard drive 2tb or smaller should work. If you're low on money, just get the cheapest one you can find
Here is a very cheap 320gb HDD:

If you want something with a reliable warranty and might be made of better material, get a 1tb one from a known brand like WD, Seagate, or Toshiba:

You can also use any 2.5" drive with an enclosure known to work with the Wii:

If it's a flash/thumb/pen drive then you should avoid using it.

Is a USB thumb drive

An SD would be your next best bet if you can't afford a $20 hard drive.

I already have a SD card with the programs, so I put the games on the sd ?

Drive is 64gb or less: Format it to FAT32 with 32kb (32768) cluster / allocation unit size.
Drive is larger than 64gb: Format it to FAT32 with 64kb (65536) cluster / allocation unit size.

#

You can check the allocation unit size:

Search in windows for cmd and press enter.
in the command prompt, type chkdsk x: but replace x with the letter for your drive.
then screenshot the output

Also in case you are using the wrong loader:
https://wii.guide/wiiflow
USBLGX doesn't load Wii games from SD. So if you want to do that, use WiiFlow.
