Stuck in the dns change warning in the forecast channel even after I changed it

A few hours ago I entered the forecast channel with the old dns not knowing that it has been changed, getting notice that I have to change them, I immediately went to change them and now the other services work, however now if I try to enter the forecast channel it still gives me the notice to change dns, how do I fix it?

wait it out with your wii in standby mode or use the riiconnect24 clear tool to delete forecast channel data

Also because I have already been waiting for 3 hours

since i actually knew why the dns change message remained i immediately fell back to using the riiconnect24 clear tool

i also don't like putting my wii on standby, because the fan is off
