#Armor-piercing missile?

Add a new missile part called "Armor piercing nose" that simply converts a missile's impact damage into kinetic damage it can use to pierce through armor. The damage would stay at 15AP. This is a hard hit, but nothing ridiculous. Basking shark missiles with AP nose would get about 12M KDAP
