#A list of inconsistencies with the wood texture
23 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
- all wood beams and wood blocks have a horizontal endgrain on one side and a verticle on the other, except the 4m wood beam
- 1m and 2m wood slopes have a black part with bolts running the hypontenuse, but the 3m and 4m slopes don't
- the bottom of the wood slopes have inconsistently wide textured black parts
- the bottom of the 1m wood square corner is fine, but for the 2, 3 and 4m variant the texture is a strethed version of the texture you would find on the backs of wood slopes
- 1m triangle corners have a black band around them
- The backs of the 1-3m corners have a diagonal end grain, but the 4m variant has a horizontal end grain
- 1m triangle corners have the bolted black part running the hypotenuse, but 2-4m variants don't
- the sides of the 2-4m triangle corners have stretched black parts
- wood 1m inverted triangles have a smooth black part and a bolted part
- 1-3m wedge backed have an endgrain back, but 4m doesn't
- 1m to 2m slope transitions have a smooth black part but no black textured part
- 1m to 2m and 2m to 3m slope transitions have a bolted black part on both sides
- 2m to 3m and 3m to 4m slope transitions have a rotated textured black part on the end
- wood offsets have a stretched textured black part
- the 1m to 2m, 1m to 3m and 2m to 3m inverse transitions have thinner black parts the the others
- the 1m to 2m inverse transition has a bolted black part
- the bottom of the mast base, mast and mast alt have arent centred
- mast base and mast top texture breaks when looked at from below
- mast base isnt a full block, resulting in a gap
also metal has the same texture as lead
One is a bespoke set. And transitions etc used a triplanar. They will never match. (Unless someone does a whole new texture set, won't be me.)
