Currently, mouse mode doesn't seem capable of editing decos, even when cursor is over the anchor.

Think this is fixed but it maybe just missed an alpha build. Will be in whenever the next one is.

~~looks like didn't make it to 4.3.1.5 alphatest either~~
huh certainly fixed but I'm just not used to the control; the position to edit is any adjacent block, with camera pointing at anchor

Only way you can do it because block based uses a raycast of sorts
