I don't know where else to put this, so it's going here. Title explains it all, the tapered hollow pole is slightly shorter than 1m. I doubt this is intentional, as it is very annoying to work around. Included are some pictures verifying it is not the right length. Note how the surfaces on the solid tapered pole clip through each other, and the ones on the hollow variant don't. They appear to be slightly concave/convex, depending on which end is being looked at.

do some blocks have their vertices placed by eye? there are some blocks that are off center
