We couldn't replicate this in a multiplayer game even with the save
Bit sad to see this bug still exist 1 year after this post and the post i made. Things ive tryd to "fix" it: - reload game/save with and without the bell installed. load the save in SP and MP.
I would provide the save but it seems it isnt updated in the same directory as befor so have a log atleast i guess nvm found it

Little Update: Got the Bell back to its neutral state, ringing it results back in the stuck "1 minute wait" This save is in the "neutral" state, maybe it helps to figure out the cause better. cheers

Yes
We can't replicate this so we think we maybe fixed it on our last round of fixes. There just hasn't been a build. Shouldn't be long now and then you can try it again.
