i have unlinked onedrive in registery rebooted Explored and moved my files to my local documents folder FTD reads it fine, but the above problems still persist
i have also reinstalled FTD as well as restarted my pc

Send me another log, the MP server list being empty sounds more like a network issue or perhaps you need to reverify files

looks like steam was down earlier and it uses steam networking

Weird, I'll need to get Nick to have a look.
In the meantime you could try a fresh profile
If you go into your player profiles folder and move out the ones that are there
it'll create a new one
