I found the sample in a drum kit that says its from dumb and dumber but i dont know when it plays. (havent watched any of the dumb and dumber movies yet)

Maybe it's just me, but I feel like the drum beats feel more like they would belong in a rap song. They definitely don't go with the melody, and just feel out of place
