Looks like a bug. The fix is to not use the B/B Editor (and it's a bad feature so I recommend not using it anyway). Move it into the Song Editor instead and it'll work fine.

You have to made a block that has your pitch bend, and copy that n times in song-editor.
BB-editor is not meant for instrumental-notes. All melody segments should be made in song-editor. You also have the option to make small but important variations when you are working in song-editor. That creates better results.
