It's a song I'm working on, basically I want the transition of the verse to the chorus to feel like a sudden explosion getting way more intense, but atm it feels a bit unnatural, i'm trying to find a way to have a more natural sounding transition while keeping this feeling, do you have ideas ?
(don't mind the crackling, it's an issue i fixed)

i mean, it sounds perfectly fine to me.
if you want it to have more power, get a sweep and then an impact sound
obviously, place the sweep so that it sweeps up to the transition and impact as soon as the transition hits

I did quite a lot of changes in the end to make the song overall more expressive and emotive, i'd say the transition does feel a bit better now but it actually ends up lacking some impact
(also because i had to rework some stuff the mixing sounds kinda terrible i'll really need to fix it as it sounds saturated)
