You wanna hear a cheat I use when I draw arms? If you want to position them naturally, I first draw the hand, and from there, I draw to radius circles. The point they match is the elbow joint! this way you never have arms too long/short (although you need to keep angle in mind, so if the arm is pointing forward, you will have to do with ovals)

Not the most beautiful example, but I hope it illustrates what I mean well enough

Looks too much like the Panzerjäger, in my opinion. I see one of two options. The first, give it a rotating turret and make it look more like the Achilles or M10. The second, which I prefer and would require less changes and I think fit the theme better, is push the turret back and lower the profile a bit to look more like the Archer, @vague dust. Collie vehicles are based heavily on American WW2 vehicles and British.

@rancid carbon the kick the driver method was out of date in 1939. Intercoms work alot better. In most tank destroyers the commander is behind the gunner as those 2 need the most communication. In the stug 3 the commmander is behind the gunner whos behind the driver. Gun and commander need to be able to communicate if coms fail.
