switching between works costs brain power and will result in lesser products I personally found
in general, any form of distraction can greatly impact art preformance, if I really want have something good, I work in completely silence in my room; music too is a kind of distraction even if you think you work better with than without.

If you want to go for like ideal (DaVinci style) body ratios: feet are of equal length as the lower arm, hands make 1/4 of the total arm length (aka the arms themselves are 3 hand long), and the wrists should be around your waist when arms are in rest. Legs are great! Hands could be buffed slightly perhaps, but my issue would be more the front arm, which when extended would be quite long. This could be solved (together with the hand angle) by placing the handle just a slight bit forward)
(or you could maybe give the arm a different angle so it looks like it has some more volume and the "joint"-spot moves slightly up)

terrible photo, but an easy fix is moving the elbow foward regarding the joint gap. If you look at your own arm (extended, with the elbow pointing down) you will see: The top part of your upper arm will greatly reduce at the joint, while the bottom side will extend a little with the elbow. Now if you flex your arm, you will see your elbow "move" position and become one with the curves of your arm. Also keep in mind muscles! ((although thru clothing you barely see that, it helps with folding it correctly))
